Timur Rakhmatov is the owner and driving force behind TFR & Company Inc., bringing a diverse accounting background that spans public accounting, government auditing, corporate finance, and small business financial management.
He earned his Accounting degree from the University of West Florida in 2012 and built his career on a strong foundation of formal education combined with hands-on real-world experience.
Early in his career, Timur worked within municipal utility organizations and CPA firms, where he developed strong auditing discipline, financial accuracy, and an in-depth understanding of internal controls. He later advanced his expertise while working for the State of Florida, sharpening the analytical and compliance skills that continue to benefit clients today.
Timur also gained valuable experience in the tax division of PwC, one of the world’s leading professional services firms. During that time, he worked on matters involving high-net-worth individuals and organizations connected to globally recognized brands such as Coca-Cola, Caterpillar, Dell, and Tesla.
That broad background gives Timur a unique advantage: the ability to apply enterprise-level financial discipline in a practical way for small and growing businesses.
